- يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب
شروط الاسترجاع
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بهاغير مستخدمة وغير مَغسولة مع جميع العلامات والملصقات وفي التغليف الأصلي
الاسترجاع دون سبب متعلق بالجودة
- يمكن رد المبلغ حسب اختيارك ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في هذه الحالة
عيب تصنيع
- عند الاسترجاع بسبب عيب تصنيع يتم رد كامل المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عملعبر الحسابات البنكية أو المحافظ البنكية أو محافظ الهاتف المحمول
طرق ومدة رد المبلغ
- لا تتوفر استردادات نقدية كاش
- يتم رد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي باسم العميل أو إلى محفظة هاتف محمول أو محفظة بنكية وذلك بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه من خلال قسم الجودة والموافقة تتم عملية رد المبلغ خلال حتى 14 يوم عمل.
الاستبدال
- يمكن استبدال الطلبات خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي استُلمت بها: غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، مع وجود جميع الملصقات والعلامات، وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
- في حالة استبدال الطلبات العادية، تُضاف رسوم الشحن.
Returns
Return Period
- You can request a return within 14 days of the order date.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging.
Returns without a quality-related reason:
- You can choose a refund but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Manufacturing defect
- In case of return due to a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days via bank accounts, e-wallets, or mobile wallets.
Refund Methods and Timeframe
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer's name, mobile wallet, or bank account after the product has been received, inspected, and approved by the Quality Control Department. The refund process takes up to 14 business days.
Exchanges
- Orders are exchangeable within 7 days from delivery.
- Products must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging.
- In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.
