سياسة الشحن و التوصيل

مدة التوصيل

• نتوقع وصول طلبك خلال 3-5 أيام عمل (باستثناء أيام الجمعة).
• في حال تأخر الطلب أو عدم الرد على الهاتف خلال 3 محاولات، ستقوم شركة الشحن بإلغاء الطلب.

تأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن.

• سنتواصل معكم عبر رقم الهاتف المسجل في طلبكم. يرجى التأكد من أن الرقم فعال ويعمل باستمرار، ويفضل تفعيل تطبيق واتساب عليه لتسهيل التواصل. يمكنكم إضافة رقم هاتف آخر عند إتمام الطلب. كما سيتم إرسال إشعارات إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجل.
• لضمان وصول طلبكم في الوقت المحدد، يرجى تزويدنا بعنوان واضح ومفصل يشمل المحافظة، والحي، واسم الشارع، ورقم المبنى، والطابق، ورقم الوحدة، وأقرب معلم بارز.

الفحص والتحقق من الجودة قبل الاستلام

• قبل استلام طلبك من شركة التوصيل، يحق لك فحص المنتجات للتأكد من جودتها ومطابقتها للمقاسات المطلوبة.
• في حال رفضك الاستلام بسبب عيب في المنتج، لن يتم تحصيل أي رسوم شحن. أما في حال رفضك الاستلام لأي سبب آخر لا يتعلق بالمنتج، فسيتم تحصيل رسوم الشحن فقط.

تتبع الطلبات

• تابع حالة طلبك عبر رابط التتبع الذي ترسله لك Turbo في رسائلك، أو راسلنا مباشرةً على إنستغرام مع ذكر رقم طلبك.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframe

• Expect your order within 3-5 business days (Fridays excluded).
• If the order is delayed or the phone is not answered within 3 times, the shipping company will cancel the order.

• We will contact you via the phone number registered with your order. Please ensure the number is active and working continuously, and ideally has WhatsApp enabled for easier communication. An additional phone number can be added upon order completion. Notifications will also be sent to the registered email address.

• To ensure your order arrives on time, please provide a clear and detailed address including the governorate, district, street name, building number, floor, unit number, and nearest landmark.

Inspection and Quality Check Before Acceptance

• Before accepting your order from the delivery company, you have the right to inspect the products to ensure their quality and correct sizes.
• If you refuse delivery due to a product defect, you will be charged no shipping fees. However, if you refuse delivery for any reason unrelated to the product, you will only be charged the shipping fees.

Stay informed about your order status via the provided tracking link sent by Turbo through your messages or Direct message us on Instagram with your order number.
