1.Delivery Timeframe
- Expect your order within 3-5 business days (Fridays excluded).
- If the order is delayed or the phone is not answered within 3 times, the shipping company will cancel the order.
2.Confirmation Before Shipping.
- We will contact you via the phone number registered with your order. Please ensure the number is active and working continuously, and ideally has WhatsApp enabled for easier communication. An additional phone number can be added upon order completion. Notifications will also be sent to the registered email address.
- To ensure your order arrives on time, please provide a clear and detailed address including the governorate, district, street name, building number, floor, unit number, and nearest landmark.
3. Inspection and Quality Check Before Acceptance
- Before accepting your order from the delivery company, you have the right to inspect the products to ensure their quality and correct sizes.
- If you refuse delivery due to a product defect, you will be charged no shipping fees. However, if you refuse delivery for any reason unrelated to the product, you will only be charged the shipping fees.
4. Courier Service
- We are partnered with Turbo, our trusted local Egyptian courier service.
5. Order Tracking
